Hell's Creek Jerky Seasoning

I'd like to give it three and a half Stars. It was good a little above average but hard to get the flavor into the meat. Recommends that you marinate for 12 hours. I would definitely do 24 at a minimum and make sure you mix the meat every few hours. I've made two batches and the first one came out more flavorful the second one did not. It is a good flavor but mild and that's how some people like it. I would buy it again.
