Button Lock Elementum II

Civvi Elementum II (C18062P-1)

I recently purchased the Civvi Elementum II button lock knife with black stonewashed Nitro V blade and black G10 handle from Adventure Carry. The knife appears to be good quality, it feels good in the hand and fits nicely into my jeans pocket with added security thanks to the pocket clip, it also fits perfectly into the large pocket of my RMK leatherworks pocket organiser. The flipper mechanism is smooth and easy to operate. Upon opening the snap is audible but not as loud as some other flipper knives I own (such as the Boker Plus Kwaiken Air G10) I don’t see this as a positive or a negative. It’s just an observation and possibly information that might be relevant to others depending on their intended use. The button lock is an excellent feature, I predominantly have liner lock folding knives but so far the button lock is superior in my opinion. The blade is sufficiently sharp straight out of the box and it came with a carry pouch, polishing cloth and sticker. Although it’s too early to comment on durability and edge retention, for the price I paid, I am very happy with the product. I should also mention, that if you watch the video I have uploaded, that I have very large hands. I’d also like to note that unlike some of the other companies I have purchased from, Adveture Carry’s website was extremely easy to use and my order was processed, dispatched and received very quickly, I really can’t fault their customer service. They also included 3 zappo lollies in the shipping packaging, which I thought was odd but still appreciated, I don’t think I’ve had one in 20+ years.

I've had the original Elementum for two years now a love it. Bought this one as a gift for my Dad. Great knife!
