Fire Engine

Edit: Shop called me immediately after messaging and refunded me completely. They stated they never sell used toys and that this must have been an unverified return. Excellent customer service!!!! Received item and it is clearly used and damaged. Box was damaged and worn. Truck has broken splintered wood, missing fire pieces shown in photo and has children’s marker writing on ladder. I purchased through shop pay store and no where in the description does it state it is used. I paid full retail price for this used/broken/ungiftable product. Im extremely disappointed and feel cheated.
