inq writing set

Neat tech... But never heard back from customer service

Pairing was easy, and it seemed to work well with the provided notebook. But about 20 pages in it didn't save the data to the pen despite having plenty of storage and battery. So I lost 17 pages of data... And then it randomly started working again.

I may be able to give a higher review when I actually receive my order! So disappointed! I purchased thos on the 4th August for a birthday on the 25th. It wasn’t posted for 6 days (i had to contact Support to get it posted!) It then sat at a depot in the US for 7 days as tge paperwork hadn’t been received from the seller. I sent multiple emails, which admittedly were responded to by a very nice person, however I was basically told ‘tough’, you can’t get a refund due to it arriving after the date it was required for. It’s now 1st September and it still hasn’t arrived, who knows where it’s gone? This is only part of my order, the remainder hasn’t been sent yet and I’ve not received a response when asked wjen it will arrive. I hope the product is better than the company’s organisational skills!

Just 1 thing missing

I love this. I am excited to share notes with my students. I also love that my grocery list is on my phone when I forget my notebook. If I could change anything it would be that I dont like using my phone for the recording but hey I am sure the technology will eventually come. I Need the leather journal. Please please release it now. This is going to be life changing.
