Received everything and installed and bike works. Great service from Ridstar! Thank you. I don’t have a photo to download. My grandson has that but the picture attached to your review shows what we got.

Msged the ridstar team support they got back to me super fast, asked me to email them pic of my old controller and they sent me the exact same one , with out any issues, took 6 days to arrive from China. Bike runs like new. Ridstar team is 10/10 in my books.

Customer servuce was good and it came in about 14 days after sending the picture of your okd controller when they email you and then after that they ship it
