My grandson’s rocket launcher broke on the first day he played with it. I contacted Customer Service, received a very prompt response from Andy stating a replacement launcher would be on its way the same day. He additionally sent an extra rocket after I mentioned that one of ours was stuck in a high tree. Andy went above and beyond to handle my complaint and the replacement items were received yesterday, five days later. I will continue to shop with Mighty Fun! for non-electronic toy choices for my grandson! Thanks Andy!
