Once you break it in they are super comfortable. I received so many compliments love my new sandals!

This was my second order from them after the first time the sandals didn’t fit properly. They argued with me saying that they are hand made and embroidered by hand, becoming defensive. I only wanted to exchange for a different design that would hopefully fit better since I do have another pair from them that did fit me. After receiving the second one, I quickly realized this one fit even worse than the initial pair but I was too afraid to ask for yet another exchange due to the way they responded the first time and the fact that I lost money because I had to pay to ship the previous ones back AND pay for shipping again for the exchange. So now I have a pair of sandals that I would love to wear but the left one doesn’t even fit my foot while the right sandal does. I have tried stretching them out because I know leather stretches to no success. I am very saddened to say that I probably won’t be ordering from here again because I truly do love supporting small businesses.
