As a mother of 2 extremely energectic little ones who are under 3, you would think I would be able to fall asleep solely from exhaustion, but for some reason that hasn't always been the case. So when someone recommended ZEMK's night time pillow mist I was a little skeptical, but now I cannot recommend it enough. It's stopped me from tossing and turning and I even use it on the boys when they don't want to understand that it's bed time. I've almost gone through a bottle and it's definitely been less than a month 🤭. So yeah, definitely one of the best things I have invested in for sleep.

I often have issues waking through the night which disturbs my sleep, but a spray of this on my pillow and bed linen ensured I slept through the night. The smell is very pleasant, not too overpowering, and you fall asleep easier with the mist than without.
