sleeves are too small

Overall good product, I got it as a gift for my mom and she loved it. The fabric is so comfortable and the color is amazing. However, major issue, I got XL but the sleeves are very small and don’t fit her so he had to alter it herself. The rest of the abaya is fine but the sleeves should be bigger, they seem more like a size M than and XL.
