It doesn’t sound as good as the company says . A lot of midrange, no bodied. It sounds cheap. I would not buy it again. And also the return policy is not fair.

I bought a stereo matched pair for use with horn players and drum overheads for live shows. So far I’ve used it for the horns twice. A very impressive Mike for solo horns! Captured the full range of the Bari sax with no issues, tenor sax, alto sax, trombone… yep. One of the guys in the band will be reaching out soon to buy a dozen or so for his own band. The cardioid pattern on these mics is perfect for this use case. Just make sure the mic clip is small enough to fit them. Probably worthwhile to order the clip mic on this site if you think about it. A standard Shure mic clip is too big. I’ve ordered a K&M 85035 to test with these mics. According to the specs it should fit. Overall, a great mic I’m very satisfied with. Will probably order more.

Quick service and microphones are nice and small and appear to work well as a stereo set so far.
