I never got it

I ordered this hat, but received a totally different hat then what I ordered???? Instead of emailing me and saying they don’t have it in stock and canceling my order you just send me a different hat is crazy. Then the hat they sent me isn’t even on the site???? If I Don’t get too exchange for what I ordered or receive a refund. I will never order from this site again and probably sue them for false advertising and for forcing an item I didn’t intended on purchasing!!!
