The seller recommends 10% overage for damaged pieces, where my order was filled with unusable pieces to the magnitude of 40%.
Most of the cubes had two very rough edges with sharp splintering sticking up that required each piece be hand sanded for install, and incredibly time consuming step. For such a premium item we expected a more finished product.
