I initially ordered the Transformer 3 PC Power Recliner Set with adjustable headrests, LED lights, and USB ports. Unfortunately, there was a setback with the delivery, and the original set couldn’t be provided. However, the team quickly resolved the issue by offering a replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The new set looks amazing, is super comfortable, and the added features are incredibly convenient. Despite the initial hiccup, the excellent customer service and quality of the product won me over.
