Excellent Product, Poor Delivery Experience

I’m very happy with the spoiler — the quality is outstanding, with impressive attention to detail. It fits my car perfectly and was very easy to assemble. Five stars for the product itself! However, the delivery experience was disappointing. The item was supposed to arrive within two working days on Friday but didn’t . I had to send several emails to chase it up, and I didn’t hear back until Tuesday afternoon when DX Express finally responded, asking for my address — which was already provided. This was frustrating and not up to standard. Fortunately, Harry from CT Carbon stepped in and arranged for next-day delivery with DHL, which resolved the issue quickly.
