Beautiful boot. I would like a bit shorter heel. This size is too tight but they are non-refundable and also non-exchangeable so they are still mine. The zippers work well in this pair. I will have to see if they can be stretched some.

The outside of the boot was great. Just as expected. However, I was sent a boot that had a defective insole that was glued down bunched up. This is a final sale item so there’s no availability to exchange it for another pair.
