The only magnesium I use
I thoroughly believe magnesium is the new Vitamin D. Everyone needs to supplement it. But oral magnesium is awful (it's the same thing used in laxatives), while a lot of magnesium oils and sprays that you apply to the skin don't seem to really do anything. This one though, I can feel it working. And it shows up in my bloodwork panel. Plus it feels good spraying on, like a body mist. Great product!

Calming and hydrating
I found this mist to do more than deliver magnesium, it feels calming, and also hydrates my skin. If you spray too much you will feel the magnesium absorb, which I like because I personally find it reassuring that it's doing something. I have concluded that when I use this before bed, I always get better sleep.

Really works!
The mist really works! I used to get muscle cramps just sleeping at night, and it has completely resolved. Plus, the mist feels nice and hydrating on the skin, and the scent, ever so subtle, is relaxing and beautiful.
