FTD Teddy Performance Hat

Terrible experience

First of all, the hat fits horribly. Whether you have a big head, small head, long head, or wide head this hat is like sticking a square peg in a round hole. Second of all, when I tried to return the hat (4 separate times) I went through the correct process and didn’t receive a response or further instructions once out of the four times. So basically from my experience they are selling a horribly fitting hat and not allowing you to get your money back once you realize how much you don’t want it. Very disappointed in boys to say the least.

Hat doesnt fit very well and came with strands hanging off.
