Hats are very nice with a great feel. Shipping was horrible. While tracking, the Hats arrived in Jacksonville Fl so they should have arrived in Jacksonville Beach Fl in at least 2 days as both cities are about 13 to 20 miles apart depending your location. While following my tracker, they were then sent to Dallas TX. I know you don't do the actual shipping but might want to look at another carrier. Usually not a problem but was taking my Hats on vacation and that didn't work out.
