Summer In Paradise

Birds of Paradise was not in the delivered arrangement and was substituted with an orchid. I chose this arrangement specifically for the birds of paradise. To me, you shouldn’t offer this, and even call it the “birds of paradise” arrangement unless you can fulfill it year round. So I ordered a “birds of paradise” arrangement and got an orchid with some lilies. I also ordered directly from the seller’s website so this wasn’t a case of ordering an arrangement from 1-800 Flowers and you’ll get something similar. That’s why I was expected exactly what was pictured on their website. Orchid was pretty but it’s not what I ordered or paid for.
