My item was broken. It said to return click the link in the email. There was no link. There was an email I could reach out to for help and when I did, I never heard from them and now it’s been way past the seven days.

I have been using these in three 7 gallon fabric pots for a pepper plant, meritensa meritima, basil, rosemary, and ginger to over winter them. The pots I purchased for watering work splendidly tho with my more airy soil type they run dry every 3rd day. Strangely enough the ginger had a slightly more absorbative soil and I haven't needed to add any water for about 2 weeks now. Build your soils to hold moisture and you get a longer lasting watering pot, but balance that with what soil type the plant needs. I also water the soil slightly every second or third filling. Great product Love that it's not as expensive as other similar products.
