Poor photo resolution

Always difficult to tell until you receive the paintwork but the letting images (2 separate files) both over 4000 pixel width each were fuzzy, sharp, blurry. I’m a pro photographer, I’m sure of my image resolution, colour balance, contrast and shadow/highlight details… bought them as an express delivery for birthdays… wouldn’t buy again.
