The Y is so tiny it does not work

I purchased it and was disappointed. The arcs show up great, and I got excited, but then, when you focus on the star as instructed, it does not produce a visible Y. Reading other reviews, people say the Y is tiny but I could not see even a tiny one. I do not think this is something Telecope Canada should be selling.
