Speckled peas are by far my favourite sprout!

Speckled peas are by far my favourite sprout. They are easy and fast. Only 6 days till they are 3" tall. I grow in stainless steel spouting trays and rinse twice a day. I eat the roots, pea, and leaves. The slightly sweet and crunchy pea is the best part! They keep in the fridge on a paper towel in a vegetable bag for over two weeks. I know because I went on a vacation and couldn't bring them across the border, otherwise there is no way these could stay in the fridge that long without being devoured! Great just to snack on with nothing added, or add to any salad or omelet. Buy in the 5kg bags and make every week! I live alone, mwahaha!

Grow quick and consistently to micro greens nice taste, not too many tendrils at this size, looks good on a plate
