This chair is amazing. There are a few issues but very minor. The touch screen buttons are not back-lit so hard to see if chair is in a darker corner of the room. Had to buy a book light to attach to the chair to use the touch screen. Still learning to use it but finding all sorts of awesome things that this chair can do for you. I highly recommend this chair and the staff at Relaxacare are very easy to talk to and listen to your needs with suggestions and helpful hints. Very happy with the chair and the service.
