I'm very happy with the shades. The installation was easy. The product looks good and it's of high quality. They're also easy to adjust and control. I highly recommend SmartWings.

I bought one motorized roller shade to test whether I liked it enough to buy more. I installed the roller shade easily. But I had to ask support how to open the battery compartment, since it did not slide open for me nor did it pull apart. In the Quick Start Guide and in the Remote Programming Guide on page 1, it would be helpful to include a drawing showing the remote cover sliding down in the direction of the arrow. Also, it should be made clearer the difference in the width of the valance and the shade fabric, for precise measurements. I chose an outside mount and the shade fabric was wider than I thought it would be. I am very happy with the shade and have ordered one more.
