Great product, but a nightmare for EU returns

I purchased six pairs of ModiBodi underwear and was genuinely impressed with the quality. However, despite following the website’s size guide, the fit was wrong. The real issue began with the return process. Customers in Germany should be aware that you must pay for your own returns to the Netherlands. For a tracked parcel, I was quoted €23—nearly a third of the order value. I opted for untracked shipping to save costs, and unfortunately, the package has seemingly vanished. ModiBodi has offered zero support or 'radio silence' since. I am now out €90 with no product to show for it. I'd recommend sizing up or buying locally to avoid this risk.

Great alternative to pads

The underwear are much more comfortable than pads and last nearly the whole day, saving the hassle of changing constantly throughout the day. Perfect for sleeping also. Would recommend to anyone who wants to reduce wearing pads!
