Poor Customer Service

I really like this shirt, but when I received it, I realized it was too big for me. I contacted customer service to find out if I could exchange it for a smaller size, or return it, but never heard back from them. Nice shirt but since I can’t wear it, or see if I can return it or exchange it for a smaller size, I’ll be giving it to Good Will.

Quality item thoughtful design

Other reviews mentioned the high quality of the products from Native Instinct - and they were accurate. I am very pleased with the weight, quality of the design (it is embedded in the fabric, not "on" it and represents an issue which has meaning to me.
