Can hardly wait to use my new 8 weight setup on a fly fishers for conservation Fresno club trip to fish the San Louis for bay in central California striped bass

I recently purchase a Opener Fly combo unfortunately I had a rod break while retrieving a fish. My initial review made note so this fact. Having been contacted by Perfect Hatch via email and a phone call I am truly impressed with the attention I receive and their extra effort to resolve the issue. All products from all companies periodically have issues it is the customer service part of the company that shows their true commitment to customer satisfaction. I will continue to use the product that provide a follow up which I am sure will be satisfactory.

I love the fact that I could switch the reel from left to right with assistance via email..very happy with this setup!
