Thule Pack'n Pedal Tour Pannier Rack

Not an easy install

I installed it but not used it in anger yet. I think the installation is robust but a bit more detail in the instruction may be helpful. The watched mechanism seems solid. To get the accurate adjustment of the straps, so the rubbers fit well is a fiddle. Overall it does seem a solid construct that can carry the 11 kgs. I just have to work out how any seals attach. I was also lucky to be able to fit a mud guard underneath but I have to see if a rattle will occur when cycling between the rack and the mudguard.

It is, I must say, absolutely SMASHING though tricky to put together ! :) Any chance the directors of Thule could be informed of my existance: that it was my innovation ? LoloL. I'm in my 60s now, but this is what I looked like when I designed this bike rack. I'm not too old to ride my bike tho as yet !
