This is my third order in as many years from Ashley Pearls. Quality has always been as advertised and delivery has been well communicated. I purchased the floating solitaire for my wife to match her earrings. Necklace was a hit!

Emailed to get a peacock Tahitian pearl for my order and was told my request was added to the order. The pearl I received does not have any peacock tone. I wrote back to inquire and was told this was just the closest pearl in stock to match my request. If a suitable pearl isn't available, just tell the customer it's not in stock. "Do you want to wait for it? Do you want to receive notifications if something resembling what you want becomes available?" There are many and better ways to go about it, instead of just sending a pearl that's nothing like what the customer requested and hoping they'll keep it for some reason.
