Being a 5 Year journal, it's virtually perpetual. It's a simple five line daily entry. However, it's sometimes challenging to summarize a whole day's activities in less than a paragraph. But overall, over time your will enjoy comparing your days from year to year as the individual days are all on the same page so you start at the beginning of the book each year.

I love this idea if a 5 year journal all in one book. It is made very well-color is just what I wanted,the pages are a nice weight and the pen glides across the paper smoothly. So glad I found this!

My daughter-in-law loves it! She's using it to record what her one-year old is up to every day. Although it's called a 5-Year Journal, it could as well be called a 5-Minute Journal, as that's about all it takes to make a daily entry.
