I think the amount of time from order being placed to actually leaving the warehouse was ridiculous. I don't know what has happened but I'm not impressed.

I like that you can reuse the binder and keep adding paper and taking it out as needed. I like that they come in different colors. Overall, I am a very loyal customer.
