Unbelievable Customer Service!

Emailed me that they shipped the glasses but didn't see any delivery notification and therefore they were going to send another order out right away. I got the order within days and then I got another order. Who does that these days? Anticipates a problem BEFORE the customer complains. And to top it off I hadn't been waiting very long to begin with!

Ugh

Opened the box, unwrapped the glasses, one of the lens popped out immediately. Popped it back in, put on the glasses….they are crooked. There is no way to straighten them out. One side leans. I have a pair of hydro float glasses and I love them! I guess I had my hopes up when I bought these. Can’t even wear them. Disappointed.
