products took long time to ship and seller was difficult to reach, they were able to update me on the status of my items after reaching out directly via Etsy but still took some time to ship. seller was kind to allow me to swap some colors though due to late wait / ship times liked the coasters but was disappointed to see that if looking at them from the side, there were noticeable cracks or flaws in the inside/side view.
