Blotter is wonderful

I have always wanted one of these, just for the fun of it, as well as the practicality. But mostly for the fun. It doesn't disappoint - I enjoy writing with a fountain pen and now I feel quite official about it.

I was surprised at the cheap finish on an item that costs this much. There are three spots on the handle that look like the finish either didn't adhere or was never there. Functionally, it works fine. I just expected higher quality from J Herbin.

Purchased this to with the Fountain Pen Studio and it fits perfectly! Beautiful, affordable, and serviceable. Very satisfied.
