FANTASTIC SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
This was my FIRST time ordering from Reaper Disc Supply. I had ordered a 3 discs on Christmas Eve about 4:30 CST. After thinking about my order and doing some reviews I realized that I might want the A3 instead of the A2 due to the possibility of it being a little less stable. I sent an Email to Reaper not expecting a response ( as again it was Christmas Eve which was on a Sunday this year BTW ) . Not only did I not expect a quick resonse, but I assumed that I would get the normal "we're sorry but your order has already been processed for shipping". To my SURPRISE I got a response THAT AFTERNOON! Aaron ( who is either a workaholic, a Scrooge, or extremely COMMITTED responded to my email and told me that the switch had been made and then thanked me for my business!!! WHO DOES THAT?? When my order arrived I realized that they had mistakenly sent me the A2 with my order of the A3 and other discs that I ordered. I notified him of the mistake and offered to pay for the disc, which he said he would not accept as the mistake was theirs. Not only did I get the order in a timely fashion, but they included some sweet stickers with the order. Reaper Disc Supply is now my go to place for Disc Golf supplies. Heck...even if they don't have what I need I will try to ask if they can get it before I shop anywhere else. BTW...one of the other discs I got was a MVP Watt which has a SICK Reaper Star Stamp on it! It is SO sweet looking! Give Reaper a try...I SERIOULSY doubt you will be disappointed!
