Beautiful ring. Great customer service.

I purchased this ring and initially had some concerns about the pearls. It was clear that they were glued on and the prongs were barely touching or in some cases not touching the pearls at all. As suspected, a pearl went missing within two weeks. I reached out and received a response promptly. They immediately wanted to fix the issue. They sent a new ring and personally ensured that every prong was secure. Now, it’s been almost a year and I have no issue and get to enjoy this beautiful ring everyday.

Alexandrite is one of my favorite stones. I love that teal blue green up the Mediterranean. It’s very ethereal and radiates gorgeous siren/mermaid vibes! I’m also a big fan of pearls. which always reminds me of Aphrodite rising out the ocean! This ring has it all! The combination of Blue, with the white creaminess of the pearls and the sparkle of the cubic zirconia really is a unique creation!!! I only took one star off because I feel the Alexandrite could be a bit bigger, to stand out more.
