Good product but disappointed customer service

I like the product. . but I wasn’t dealt with in good faith. . I spoke to Ms Darlene when I order another serum ( I have already purchased 4-5 of them previously) but there was a special for a free serum, she told me yes we do have that offer you just have to pay Shipping but Ms Darlene charged me $35 for serum +shipping (serum was $25. 99) I was disappointed and when I called to rectify the situation. . I was told sorry NO REFUNDS! Not the way to treat customers. . 🙁

I just started using your hair products, as soon as I start to see progress in my hair growth journey I will let you know immediately 🙂
