This one is something special

I’m a hobby stove top roaster with an espresso machine and enjoy the roasting process and the different flavor profiles. I’ve tried coffees from around the globe. The Palla Palla Palla is one of the most unique coffees I’ve ever experienced. I love all these small Peruvian coffees but this one is really amazing. Cheers to the farmers the love comes through the bean.

Excellent Peruvian coffee

I have been roasting this coffee for a little while now. This coffee is excellent as both a pour over and an espresso. I’ve tried both medium and Full City + profiles and both are fantastastic!
