Not good product or service

I purchased a reed diffuser that I had previously bought elsewhere and enjoyed very much. Unfortunately, the product I received was noticeably different, with a much weaker fragrance to the diffuser I had purchased before. I contacted the company to provide feedback and make them aware of my concerns, not to seek a refund or compensation. Regrettably, I have not received any response. Based on this experience, both with the product and the lack of customer service, I would be hesitant to order again.

I’m more than happy so far

I week in and I can actually smell this diffuser unlike other makes. I honestly have wasted so much money over the years buying products that just don’t do as stated. If this continues I shall definitely be spending again and love love love the 2200ml bottle. Biggest I’ve ever found thank you .
