I have to say the customer service is outstanding dream vessels will let you order some of their vessels in a quantity of one I’m in the process of adding new vessels and the vessel that I wanted I had to order as a set I end up, finding another vessel similar to it from another vendor and this was a prepaid order because the vessels weren’t out yet dream vessel had explained to me that some of their vessels are sold as quantity as a one, but not all of them, which I understand that, but I didn’t want to commit to a big order until I had tested the vessel when I told them that I had found it somewhere else they gave me no issues refunding my money granted it was a prepaid order but they went ahead and totally understood. Sent me a really nice email , and refunded my money within a timely matter. I end up ordering the Infinera vessel because of the size and the luxurious look that it had plus I just need one as a tester great customer service that they won my business
