Customer Service is one.

I ordered a pair of these tried them on and they were to small. I contacted customer service and Linda? walked me through the return and repurchase of a different size. COULD NOT HAVE GONE EASIER. I will be buying from this company again. I have not used these yet as I am waiting for the next size to show. But they will work great to keep my feet dry at camp.

Love the bottoms of these

GREAT BOOTS! I love the bottoms and all around. They do fit narrow and a little longer than other boots I bought. bought a size 10 and almost returned them. Bought a size 9 with flat bottom soles and a little snug but I am hoping they fit better once I break them in. I usually wear a 9.5.
