Love it! Best of both worlds paddler/floaty. Super stable, quick set up, portable. High quality, worth the spend. Bought the Moki 1-R deck for my partner then got myself the Platte. Hopefully will be enjoying these on Lakes and chill rivers for many years to come! A+++ Customer service.

Kokopelli Platte

Easy to inflate and deflate. Comfortable to sit in. Tracks great. I don’t have to keep adjusting to left and right drift. Light weight. Still don’t have the nack for rolling into small bundle. Happy with my purchase!

Joy, joy!

The Kokopelli Platte makes me so happy! I have a beautiful p&h seakayak, but at 62 yrs old, it is just getting too difficult to move that 17 feet and 80 pounds of plastic on and off of the roof of the car. I can carry the Platte with 1 hand. And to my joy, it paddles well! Light and maneuverable and quick - even in the wind. The 2 keels pop on and off so easily and track better than my plastic boat with a skeg. The seat back is odd, flimsy maybe? But if I place my life jacket or a pad between my back and the seat back- it is comfortable and retains its position. It is balanced enough that I can stand up in it on the water. I love that I can lay down and just drift in the boat if I wish. I keep it inflated and stored in our van. But using a plug into the car air pump takes less than 10 minutes if it's deflated to get it ready to go.
