I had high hopes

For starters, I wasnt able to get ahold of anyone for questions prior to working on my terrarium. The pieces I received were very crumbly and I had a layer of pieces that fell off at the bottom of the box so I did not have enough functional pieces to use... And instead of including the silicone, they should offer terrarium foam instead to fill in the gaps. I had to stop and go purchase the foam before I could begin. Very disappointed in the level of customer service from this company.
