i will say when starting out my hair did have a wax feeling to it after using the shampoo in the shower. that’s because the natural products are stripping away the years of silicone build up on my hair. after using this product some more my hair has grown accustomed to it and it feels so soft & healthy! i love all of the natural ingredients. definitely recomnend

Wasn’t a compatible product for my hair (3A) but the team was easy to contact, understanding, and resolved my concern immediately. Product smells good too!
