Beyond expectations
This rug is absolutely stunning. Carefully and meticulously wrapped, protected by very sturdy cardboard. No odor upon unboxing. It was softer than the swatch we ordered and true to color from the website photos. The only issue we had was delivery as we were not notified when it would be delivered. When the driver arrived (unexpectedly) he said we need to offload it ourselves. This was a VERY heavy and large rug - thankfully my husband and I strength train so we managed on our own, but definitely not a pleasant shipping experience. Other than that, we LOVE our rug and will definitely purchase from Enkay again.
