Good product- does the job I need, however I butcher a lot for customers so I will Invest in a more heavy duty machine one day in the future. I needed something in the meantime and this is a good choice.Sometimes the meat gets stuck and it’s hard to take off the grinder piece itself, but overall does the job. A lot gets done in half the time compared to my last machine.. the foot pedal was a good addition. I do Not have to have the machine running continuously which allows some cooldown time in between
