I received a broken earring and a pair I did not order but paid for. I have tried contacting the company multiple times with no response to the issue. I will be reporting to the BBB and my credit card issuer if this is not resolved. I suggest the other terrible reviews do the same. This is unacceptable quality and service. Do not order from here. I wish i had seen these reviews before i ordered!
