Originally was sent the wrong Padded Amp Cover for my Positive Grid Amp by Custom Amp Covers, Customer service was was very quick to respond and apologized for this inconvenience and sent out the correct cover which arrived very quickly. I Asked about sending the wrong cover back and was told to keep it. Over all I am very pleased with this level of service and with the Positive Grid Padded Amp Cover.
