Works well, but wondering if processing time should be a little longer? I’m finding that lashes aren’t lifting as well.

I wanted to love it SO BAD because the balm texture is incredible– so incredible that I'd never even want to go back to a regular glue.
That being said, sadly, it does not stay stuck beyond step 1, and the lashes lift off the shield during step 2. :(
